The last manual bottleneck in the book pipeline is gone. The eBook and the InDesign print files are now built together, so preorders for The Resonance Core Framework™ open in early November 2026. The book is targeted for Q1 2027.

Preorders Open in Early November

The Resonance Core Framework™ is a practical system for making change that holds, built on alignment rather than force. Preorders open in early November 2026, and the book is targeted for Q1 2027.

What is coming

  • The book. 31 chapters across four parts. It names the patterns that keep change from holding, and gives you the tools to work with them: the Judgment Loop and the Data Loop, the Window of Choice, the DRIVE Model, and The Decision Integrity Index (The DII).
  • The workbook. A companion exercise for every lesson, so each idea has a place to be practised, not just read.
  • The audiobook. Narrated by the author. Every chapter, in my own voice.

Edition details and preorder pricing will be shared when preorders open. The newsletter hears first.

Why the date moved closer

A book that ships in several formats is not one project. The manuscript becomes an eBook, a print book, a workbook, a Kindle file and an audiobook, and every one of them has to say the same thing.

The RCF is produced through a gated pipeline. Each chapter moves from manuscript to editorial checks, design, the builds and the audiobook, and nothing moves forward until it passes. Every format had a generator except one. The print book and its workbook started from an empty InDesign document, chapter by chapter.

That has changed. The pipeline now builds the eBook first, then generates the print chapter and its workbook exercise as ready-to-open InDesign files, on the templates of the chapters already finished. My work starts at verification instead of at a blank page. Across 31 chapters, that is months of layout work returned to the schedule.

The full story is in two case studies: Nine Phases, One Source of Truth covers the pipeline and the print build, and Architecting a Multi-Modal Creative and Technical Ecosystem covers how it fits the wider Fluxline Ecosystem.

Where AI fits

AI drafts, builds and checks. It does not decide. Portions of the book's production are AI-assisted, nothing in it is written solely by AI, and every line, figure and print file is reviewed by me before it ships.
